Therefore by using the services or/and products provided by Smartylogo you agree with these Terms of Use and Conditions below. Services Description
Smartylogo provides high quality pre-designed logos and custom logo design, business cards and stationery in digital format by selling them to its clients.

Modification / Logo Editing Service
By purchasing the produsct with modification service for a logo, business card or stationery you agree that the price displayed on the modification service represent one round of modifications. One round of modifications includes:
- for the logo: Changing the text shown with your company name and tag line (optional). Changing colors (2 or 3, depending on each model)
- for business card: if you choose a logo from Smartylogo.com it will be placed in the chosen business card template. Changing the text regarding the desired information to display on the business card (Name, function, company name, address, telephone numbers, e-mail, web address). Logos from outside Smartylogo.com are not accepted for being applied on Smartylogo.com business card templates.
- for stationery: if you choose a logo from Smartylogo.com it will be placed in the chosen business card, letterhead and Envelope template. Changing the text regarding the desired information to display on the business card (Name, function, company name, address, telephone numbers, e-mail, web address). Logos from outside Smartylogo.com are not accepted for being applied on Smartylogo.com stationery template.
If more than one round of modification is needed, an additional fee will be applied.

Usage Limitations
You can use the purchased products from Smartylogo.com – Premium Logo and/or Corporate Logo:
No usage limitation and the copyrights from these products (Premium Logo and/or Corporate Logo) are transferred to you.
You can use the downloaded / purchased products from Smartylogo.com – Free Logo Templates, Free Business Cards, Free Stationery:
1. Personal use
2. Commercial use
If desired, after downloading / purchasing a product from our website (smartylogo.com), you can modify it in order to have the perfect final version for you. You can do these modifications either yourself or any third party capable with basic skills in working with design software.
You agree that the digital files you will be provided with are professional format files and for modifying them either you or a third party will need to acquire the capable software from software providers. All digital files can be used both on PC and Mac platform. You may use the downloaded / purchased digital files for both personal and commercial use.
* You may not redistribute these logos in any way, shape, or form.
* You may not resell these logos as part of a digital bundle pack.
* You can resale these files after downloading / purchasing them from this website (smartylogo.com) only as part of a design project (eg: logo design project for your final client) or if it is substantial modified to your individual client.
* IN NO WAY THE RESELLING OF THESE FILES IS ALLOWED IN THE EXACT FORM YOU HAVE BEEN PROVIDED WITH.

Also, You cannot redesign or reproduct from the gallery and sell by you, the person whom you sell them to must be informed that he cannot copyright them (nor you) because that is a violation of the Smartylogo.com copyrights.

Copyrights & Trademarks
Free Download License:
Free Download License for logos, business cards and stationery or other digital products from Smartylogo means that these files are offered / sold to more than one time to more clients. All logos, business cards and stationery or other digital products are under Smartylogo copyright. By downloading / buying products under the Free Download License you agree that Smartylogo can continue offering / selling to other clients. You agree and understand that Smartylogo is the owner and has full decision rights and copyrights for these Licenses and can sell them more than one time to more clients.

PREMIUM Logo License:
Premium Logo License is applied only to logos that are ordered with the Premium Logo. This License can be sold only one time. By buying a logo marked with the Premium Logo License all rights are transferred to the client.

CORPORATE Logo License:
Corporate Logo License is applied only to logos that are ordered with the Corporate Logo. This License can be sold only one time. By buying a logo marked with the Corporate Logo License all rights are transferred to the client.

All pictures from the gallery are for presentation purpose by various reasons.
One would be the light used in creating the previews. Images are presented from a particular angle of view. Products can have different shades, unwanted variations of color in comparision with the product itself. Also, depending on your computer’s screen color profile, color shades can vary from one computer to another. Below is an example of a logo on white background and front view and the same logo being presented in a slight perspective as a presentation purposes.
