Services Description:
Smartylogo provides high quality pre-designed logos and custom logo design, business cards and stationery in digital format by selling them to its clients. The price is displayed on Plan & Prices and/or on Membership Signup.
Modifications Service:
By purchasing the produsct with modification service for a logo, business card or stationery you agree that the price displayed on the modification panel represent one round of modifications. One round of modifications includes:
– for the logo: Changing the text shown with your company name and tag line (optional). Changing colors (2 or 3, depending on each model)
– for business card: if you choose to buy also a logo from Smartylogo.com it will be placed in the chosen business card template. Changing the text regarding the desired information to display on the business card (Name, function, company name, address, telephone numbers, e-mail, web address). Logos from outside Smartylogo.com are not accepted for being applied on Smartylogo.com business card templates.
– for stationery: if you choose to buy also a logo from Smartylogo.com it will be placed in the chosen business card, letterhead and Envelope template. Changing the text regarding the desired information to display on the business card (Name, function, company name, address, telephone numbers, e-mail, web address). Logos from outside Smartylogo.com are not accepted for being applied on Smartylogo.com stationery template.
If more than one round of modification is wanted an additional fee will be applied.
Usage Limitations:
You can use the purchased products from Smartylogo.com :
1. Personal use (Free Plan)
2. Commercial use (Commercial License – Paid)
If desired, after purchasing a product from our website, you can modify it in order to have the perfect final version for you. You can do these modifications either yourself or any third party capable with basic skills in working with design software.
You agree that the digital files you will be provided with are professional format files and for modifying them either you or a third party will need to acquire the capable software from software providers. All digital files can be used both on PC and Mac platform. You may use the purchased digital files without any restrictions both for personal (Free Plan) and commercial use (Commercial License – Paid).
You can resale this files after purchasing (Commercial License – Paid) them from this website only as part of a design project or if it is substantial modified to one client at a time – not bulk / pack. IN NO WAY THE RESELLING OF THESE FILES IS ALLOWED IN THE EXACT FORM YOU HAVE BEEN PROVIDED WITH.
Also, You cannot redesign or reproduct from the gallery and sell by you, the person whom you sell them to must be informed that he cannot copyright them because that is a violation of the Smartylogo.com copyrights.
You cannot register any logo design template or other item from this membership at your own or for your client because all of these items from this membership are already copyrighted to Ionel Paun @ Smartylogo.

Logos, business cards, stationery and other digital graphic materials from this website (smartylogo.com or smartylogo/members) means that these files are sold to more that one time to more clients. All logos, business cards, stationery and other digital graphic materials are under Smartylogo copyright. By buying products from smartylogo.com you agree that Smartylogo can continue selling to other clients. You agree and understand that Smartylogo is the owner and has full decision rights for these Licenses and can sell them more than one time to more clients.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Smartylogo. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
Refund Policy:
We offer refunds to any unsatisfied customer up to 30 days after the purchase was made.
Payments:
All payments are handled through PayPal using PayPal checkout (Commercial License – Paid).
All pictures are for presentation purpose by various reasons.
One would be the light used in creating the previews. Images are presented from a particular angle of view. Products can have different shades, unwanted variations of color in comparision with the product itself. Also, depending on your computer’s screen color profile, color shades can vary from one computer to another. Below is an example of a logo on white background and front view and the same logo being presented in a slight perspective as a presentation purposes.
